One of the most exciting things about being a coach is the future for coaches. I can see so many changes in the coaching profession in just the past few years.

I believe business coaches will be the norm in the future for most small businesses. I think Life Coaches will grow and move forward and in the future will be known as "Human Technologist". I think coaches will perfect their skills using core technology and learning to reprogram the human bio computer.

I think mainstream society will realize the benefit coaching can offer and you will see the coaching profession grow from the current 10,000 US coaches to 100,000 US coaches within the next 5 years.

I believe the most important concern for the future of coaching is the fact that so many people join some of the virtual coach training programs and do not learn how to coach, they just learn the coaching skills. Then they go out and are unable to help clients and eventually become very disillusioned about coaching and leave the profession.

The problem is, the clients do not realize they have worked with a coach who was not properly trained and they did not receive a good coaching session.

The real future of Coaching is going to be the success of the next generation of coaches. We are teaching coaches a new and exciting coaching model that works much faster and much better than the previous models used in the past.
